A small number are still available on general sale, priced at £60 and £70.

Why do you think this site's full of touts? The real touts are greedy STH's who sell on ticketing websites e.g. starting prices on Fanpass for Man City are £118. The prices are set not by Fanpass but by STH's looking to exploit those with more money than sense.
